An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Bid/Marketing Coordinator, to join the Certis team. This is a full-time position, based in our Brisbane office.

Certis is a nationally recognised Building Certification provider, with 6 offices within Australia.

We are looking for a person who has experience with identifying opportunities, preparing tender/bid documentation and marketing material. Prospective Bid/Marketing Coordinators should be commercially minded and have:

  • Experience identifying and creating compliant and competitive Bid/Tender proposals. Ideally, working on private sector and government related tenders.
  • Marketing experience within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of social media platform management.
  • Experience with EOI proposals.
  • Experience with relevant software in this field.
  • Well-developed technical Bid/Tender writing skills.
  • Track record in establishing and continually improving bid processes, tools and practices. Including bid/tender follow up.
  • Client focus.
