Eminance Apartments, NSW

A Meriton development, Eminance is a 3-building mixed use development. The project is on a 9,771 square metre site and includes building of four, seven and 15 levels and 254 apartments. Each building includes single and dual-level apartments including rooftop terraces. There is ground level retail including eateries and a 70-place childcare centre.

This 90-storey construction includes the level 5 childcare centre, 8 levels of car park, 4 recreation levels and 1,141 apartments. At 270 meters, it is Brisbane’s tallest residential tower and Australia’s single largest residential building. Taking 174 weeks to build, Skytower was designed with three separate areas of living, each with its own independent lifts, lobbies and recreational deck.

Established in 2000, CERTIS has grown from a small team of dedicated individuals in Brisbane to a national specialist certification company. In recent years, there has seen a boom in construction and development. From the erection of new high-rises to the repurposing and refurbishing of older buildings into trendy cafés or retail areas, our built environment is changing quickly. CERTIS continues to grow and develop to suit the ever-changing economic and construction industry landscape. It is our job to keep abreast of any changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) and provide alternate building solutions to any issues that may arise from these changes.
