The Fells Apartments, Spring Hill


The Fells Apartments project is a prime example of cutting-edge construction techniques and modern design. Featuring 30 luxury apartments, the development was built with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. The use of Blink Backbone® technology allowed the project to be completed with remarkable efficiency, with all 7 floors erected in just 11 days. By eliminating the superstructure from the critical path, the construction timeline was drastically shortened, with the entire project taking only 8 months, compared to the 16 months originally estimated using traditional construction methods.

The One Residences


The One Residences is an 81-storey luxurious residential tower in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, overlooking the Brisbane river. The building is Queensland's second tallest high-rise. Nestled in the Brisbane Quarter precinct, the building hosts 467, 2 & 3 bedroom luxurious apartments. Residents have a number of different facilities including a residents lounge, indoor swimming pool and spa, outdoor entertaining terrace and an indoor theatre. The first and second floors are host to 18 boutique shops and high-end restaurants.

240 Margaret Street - Brisbane City


The 240 Margaret Street PBSA proposal aims to provide a high-density accommodation solution in an evolving part of the city. By adopting the PBSA model, the design prioritizes the longevity of the base building, influencing choices in both design and materials. This approach not only supports the long-term vitality of the communal and retail spaces but also enhances the overall appeal and market competitiveness of the facility.

Southpoint – Grey Street, South Bank


Southpoint features three towers comprising 413 residential apartments, Brisbane’s luxury boutique Emporium Hotel with roof-top bar and pool, A-Grade commercial office space and an estimated 4,500sqm of retail and dining space. Emporium South Bank is a 5-star hotel with 143 luxurious suites over 21 levels. The hotel has a breathtaking rooftop bar, a 23m infinity edge pool with views of the Brisbane CBD, grand ballroom, gym, steam room and sauna.

Exhibition Quarter


A 30-storey build to rent apartment tower in a desired area of Bowen Hills, close to the Exhibition Showgrounds and King Street. This development provides additional social and affordable housing options for renters in the inner city. The modern design of the building provides unique landscape elements and planted edges. The building will be comprised of 377 apartments, as well as retail spaces at the frontage. Amenities range from a rooftop pool and spa deck, gyms, a screening room and work spaces.

Chester And Ella Apartments


The Chester and Ella Apartments consist of 320 luxury apartments across two 18-storey buildings with hotel-style shared amenities including around-the-clock concierge, rooftop terrace, health and wellness centre, private dining room, cinema, pool and shared outdoor kitchen areas.

50 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads


Two 23-storey towers comprised of 132-key luxury hotel rooms and 92 residential apartments, also include a three-storey podium structure and 394 car parks over three-levels of basement car-parking.

Ocean At The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise


Ocean by Meriton is located at 84 The Esplanade, providing a significant silhouette to the Gold Coast skyline with its 92 storeys of predominantly serviced apartments. The tower will boast the most dwellings in a single tower on the Gold Coast (approx 722). As well as residential facilities, gymnasium, childcare centre, supermarket and dining options, permanent residents private swimming pool on level 32 and short-term visitors can relax by the pool on level 5.

Circa Three Apartments - Nundah Village


Circa Three is a 120-apartment complex, consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments over nine levels. The apartments range in size between 50sqm and 85sqm all with additional 10-15sqm balconies. Level 8 includes a sky lounge, and the ground floor includes six retail tenancies and secure basement car parking for each of the apartments.

Ivory Apartments, Upper Mt Gravatt


This 8-storey apartment building consists of 64 apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom units, featuring communal open areas, restaurant and retail space and basement car park over 3 levels.

Soko Apartments – West End


The SOKO Waterfront Apartments brings together all the elements of the site’s unique urban riverside location to create an outstanding example of West End living. SOKO is seven stunning levels of riverfront apartments, comprising of a mix of 120 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments including two penthouses, rooftop terrace, outdoor cinema, and infinity pool.

Mid Water – Main Beach Parade


This exceptional 38 storey tower, comprising 116 units and resort-style facilities is on one of the most sought after Gold Coast beachside locations. The project consisted of unusual measures due to the 1234sqm site and implementing a seven-level car stacker.

Quay Waterfront Apartments - Newstead


Quay Waterfront Apartments in Newstead will feature a 25-level modern apartment block with a total of 143 residences, including one, two and three bedroom apartments. It will also have one of Brisbane’s largest rooftop entertaining areas complete with a 25-metre infinity edge pool, access to a shared penthouse-style kitchen and dining space with views across the Brisbane River, a ground-level wellness retreat and onsite concierge.

Haven Apartments - Newstead


The 25 level building consists of 229 apartments over 2 basements. Beneath the apartment tower is a highly finished retail centre to complement the surrounding area. The apartment mix consisted of 72 one bed, 142 two bed and 15 three bed apartments/skyhomes. Other amenities within the development include roof pools and gardens and designer foyers.

Brisbane Road - Labrador


A social housing project with a difference, this design is organised around a central communal courtyard which forms the social heart of the complex, the objective being to allow connections between residents who can often feel isolated. The central four storeys and five storeys at the rear of the site are brought together by a series of landscape spaces leading to the individual units.

Eminance Apartments - NSW


Eminence is a three-building mixed use Development consisting of 254 boutique apartments across two low-rise and one 15-storey tower. Each building includes single and dual-level apartments with Ground floor homes featuring private street entries and courtyards overlooking the street or internal gardens. A selection of apartments also feature rooftop entertaining terraces up to 100sqm. There is also ground level retail including eateries and a 75 place childcare centre.

Infinity - Meriton


Completed in 2014, the Infinity Tower is one of Brisbane's tallest residential towers at 254 metres tall. It contains 81 levels of 549 meticulously designed apartments, including both serviced and residential apartments. Infinity Tower offers luxury inner city living, complete with an indoor heated lap pool, expansive outdoor deck, gym and sauna.

Zahra Apartments, 55 Oxlade Drive, New Farm


A boutique five-storey development of 22 large three bedroom apartments. The largest penthouse has four bedrooms. Each apartment has two bathrooms and at least one balcony. Private courtyards and multiple balconies included with some apartments. Study nook and two or three parking spaces included with apartments. Amenities include the Zen Rooftop Garden with a fire pit, a heated pool, media room and Zen Rooftop Garden with a fire pit.

Newstead Series – Newstead North


The Newstead Series development features 300 luxury apartments and premium townhouses across four boutique towers brought together by an expansive half-acre of subtropical landscaped gardens and amenities. Amenities include a lap pool and spa, sauna, gym, alfresco dining areas, fire pit and outdoor cinema.

West Village One, West End


CERTIS recently collaborated with Hutchinson Builders on the first stage of West End’s newest development, West Village. Subsequent to restoring the heritage listed Peters Ice Cream factory buildings for use as a sales office, we also worked on the adjacent three level basement car park that will service the first stage of the development. The precinct will include a bustling retail hub, lively green spaces, eclectic laneways and over 330 apartments.

Skytower - Brisbane


At 270 meters, Skytower is Brisbane’s tallest residential tower and Australia’s single largest residential building. This 90-storey construction includes an 8-level car park, 4 recreation levels and 1,141 apartments. Taking 174 weeks to build, Skytower was designed with three separate areas of living, each with its own independent lifts, lobbies and recreational deck.

Heran Bay Grand Apartments - Tweed Heads


A three tower, 18-storye mixed use development that includes a childcare centre, 3 car park levels, recreation and community spaces, commercial tenancies and 201 apartments.

Queen Street Village - Southport


The vertical development will see 146 two and three-bedroom independent living units, 40 assisted living apartments and a 72-bed residential aged care facility. Queens Street Village is a residential development designed to cater for all stages of retirement living from class 2 independent living units through to class 9c aged care facilities.

Monash City (M-City)


This mixed-use development is one of the largest ever undertaken outside of the Melbourne CBD. It is located on a 35 000 sqm parcel of land in the City of Monash and consists of 2 basement carparks, 3 residential towers, 2 levels of retail including majors, office tower, hotel tower, childcare, pool and cinema. Certis is providing building certification, Disability Access advice and Section J advice across the entire build. The project is a joint venture between developers the Saraceno Group and Schiavello Group and, on completion, will deliver a total of 643 apartments, up to sixty specialist stores, 17 330 sqm of office space and 1905 car parks for a total population of around 4 000 residents, workers and shoppers.

Spire Apartments - Brisbane


Spire Residences is a 39-level, 340-apartment tower of one and two-bedroom apartments. Including rooftop facilities such as a pool, gym and kitchen, a concierge service, library, meeting areas and private theatre. Spire also includes a podium level, designed to embrace the surrounding heritage, a stunning vertical garden wall of greenery and 360 degree views over Brisbane City.

Riparian Plaza, Brisbane


Riparian Plaza is one of Brisbane’s tallest high-rise buildings and consists of 53 levels, 25 of which are dedicated to commercial offices. On top of the tower is a 50 m communications spire. A recreation centre including a 25 metre swimming pool, gym, sauna and barbeque area is located on 39th floor, between the commercial and residential sections.

Unison By Mirvac – Newstead


The Unison development consists of two 18 storey towers, Unison North and Unison South which share a common carpark. The 135 one, two and three-bedroom apartments are specifically orientated to optimise river and city views. Featuring a 4,000sqm resort style recreation deck and a limited release of terrace style homes and courtyard apartments.

Soleil Meriton, Brisbane


Soleil Meriton stands at 243 metres and was Brisbane’s tallest building until 2013 when Meriton Infinity overtook it. With 25 floors of serviced apartments and 43 floors of private residential apartments, totalling 464 apartments. Situated on a relatively small block of 1,500 square metres, it also houses 10 levels of carparking which required one of the biggest excavations in Brisbane's history.

55 Southbank Boulevard - Southbank


A unique and challenging building. 55 Southbank comprised an original 7 storey office building with an additional 10 storey hotel constructed using Cross Laminated Timber. On completion 55 Southbank will be one of the tallest timber buildings in Australia.
