This 90-storey construction includes the level 5 child care centre, 8 levels of car park, 4 recreation levels and 1,141 apartments. At 270 meters, it is Brisbane’s tallest residential tower and Australia’s single largest residential building. The Childcare centre has a total floor space of 1010 square meters and includes outdoor areas to accommodate for up to 99 children and 18 staff.

This purpose built child care centre consists of 6 large playrooms, a library, staff room and kitchen, separate sleep room, bathrooms, offices and a large outdoor playing area over 525 square metres.
