Gold Coast Adventure Precinct
The Gold Coast Recreation Precinct sounds like a fantastic destination for group activities and outdoor adventures! South Bank Parklands - Boardwalk Redevelopment
This project involved two single level structures providing 1000 m2 GFA for five premium food and beverage tenancies. It also involved extensive landscaping incorporating a medical rehabilitation based children’s playground and a variety of public spaces.
Townsville Marine Tourism Precinct & Ferry Terminal
The Townsville Marine Tourism Precinct is an iconic new tourism hub and breakwater terminal designed to create a vibrant and new urban space for a range of world class commercial, residential and retail outlets. The terminal will include new ferry berths, facilities for buses, a commercial precinct and a brand new 90 room hotel.
Redland Sport & Recreation Precinct
A state-of-the-art sports and recreation precinct on a 101 hectare site, including 15 playing fields, a bike sub-precinct inlcuding a criterium and BMX track, regional-level play including a kickabout area, new sealed paths and boardwalks, picnic and playground areas, a mix of tracks and trails, new sports club facilities and car parking.
Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC)
The new building delivers a main auditorium of 940 seats with balcony, fly tower and orchestra pit; a 400 seat Flexible Studio; as well as foyer, bar and amenities, including covered external terrace. The centre also features a function space and back of house facilities including dressing rooms, green room, loading and technical support spaces.
Gladstone East Shores - Stage 1B
This parkland project included the extension of Gladstone East Shores- a waterfront cafe, a ferry transfer pontoon with a pool, large scale shade structures, an outdoor recreational open space and new car park.
Carmel College - Performing Arts Building
The Carmel College Performing Arts Centre project involved the demolition of the existing tennis courts and the construction of a new 2 storey building that includes a sports hall, performing arts spaces and amenities.
Broadwater Parklands Play Attraction - Southport
Broadwater Parklands Play attraction was designed to provide experiences that are physically challenging and encourage imaginary play. The new parklands provide informal gathering spaces for all visitors to enjoy and extend the parkland’s capacity to be one of the city’s most popular parks.
Queensland Museum Sciencentre
Similar in many ways to the QAGOMA project, CERTIS worked with architects, builders and specialist consultants and builders on the base build to incorporate Sparklab into the Queensland Museum: a hands-on learning centre designed to spark creativity, curiosity and confidence in youngsters’ discovering STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) in fun and innovative ways.
Ipswich High School Performing Arts Centre
