Toll Warehouse - Arundel
This new multi-purpose development provided a new freight terminal and Warehouse facility for the Toll Group by consolidating three of their business units in to one facility comprising a 10,250sqm warehouse with a 2 storey office.
Yatala Distribution Centre
The site has more than 62,500sqm of prime warehousing, tenancy and distribution facilities, developed over three stages. The centre includes four warehouse buildings in a prime location close to the highway.
Eastern Creek Data Centre
Two existing 6,000 sqm data halls: EC1 is a 6MW capacity data hall occupied by enterprise and Government clients and EC2 is a 13MW capacity data hall. with a proposed combined 120MW full capacity. The project presented significant challenges due to the compressed time frame, however, CERTIS added value to the design team through our ongoing compliance advice and collaboration to ensure that the design intent was accomplished resulting in optimal functionality for the client and on time.
