Cross River Rail, Queensland
Cross River Rail is a new 10.2-kilometre rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, which includes 5.9 kilometres of twin tunnels under the Brisbane River and the CBD. The project includes new and upgraded stations which will provide better access to more places of work, study and recreation: - Four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street - 2 upgraded stations at Dutton Park and Exhibition - 6 upgraded Stations from Salisbury to Fairfield on Brisbane’s Southside - Development of 3 new Gold Coast Stations
Bus Station, Airport Link Northern Busway, Queensland
Delivered in joint venture with Thiess, the Airport Link M7 is a 6.7-kilometre toll road that mainly travels underground. It connects the CLEM7 tunnel, the Inner-City Bypass and the local road network at Bowen Hills to the northern arterials of Gympie Road and Stafford Road at Kedron, as well as Sandgate Road and the East West Arterial leading to the airport. The 6.7-kilometre Airport Link M7 required twin 5.1-kilometre tunnels, with entry and exit portals at Bowen Hills, Kedron and Toombul. The three-kilometre Northern Busway featured eight new bus stops, two architecturally designed busway stations, and 1.5 kilometres of busway tunnel between the suburbs of Windsor and Kedron. The Airport Roundabout Upgrade replaced the old signalised roundabout with a 750 metre Airport Flyover, linking the East West Arterial with Airport Drive, and a high capacity "fast diamond" intersection.
Moreton Bay Ferry Terminal Upgrade
The three-tower consists of 148 luxury apartments, a leisure centre and a childcare centre which is an industry first to cater for both staff and residents. Odyssey’s aged care is also conveniently located 100 metres from the Robina Town Centre on QLD’s Gold Coast and features over 6 to 7 levels plus undercroft and basement parking. Three storeys of Leisure Centre & Transitional Care serve the 148 1/2 Bedroom Units.
Townsville Marine Tourism Precinct & Ferry Terminal
The Townsville Marine Tourism Precinct is an iconic new tourism hub and breakwater terminal designed to create a vibrant and new urban space for a range of world class commercial, residential and retail outlets. The terminal will include new ferry berths, facilities for buses, a commercial precinct and a brand new 90 room hotel.
Gold Coast Light Rail – Stage 2
Construction of the northern extension of the existing light rail system through to Helensvale with project features including: 7.3km of dual track light rail alignment; 3 additional light rail stations at Parkwood East, Parkwood and Helensvale; extension of existing Gold Coast University Station; a new Park’N’Ride facility at Parkwood; expansion of Park’N’Ride facilities at Helensvale Heavy Rail Station; and 4 additional light rail vehicles.
Caloundra Rd To Sunshine Motorway Upgrade
The project includes the provision of new transport infrastructure including main roads, slip roads, pedestrian footpaths and bike lanes, bridges, carparking provisions and pedestrian crossings from the Caloundra Road to Sunshine Coast Motorway.
Brisbane Airport - Virgin Aerobridge Redevelopment
This project comprised the installation of new and refurbished aerobridges for Bays 40 to 48 within the Virgin Australia tenancy of the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal Building.
Goroka Airport Terminal - Papua New Guinea
A small airport terminal building, two and a half stories with a floor area of about 2000 sqm at the Provincial Airport of Goroka in the Eastern Highlands of PNG.
GC2018 Commonwealth Games Transport Infrastructure
The project included the audit of existing transport infrastructure to determine the Access upgrades required to comply with the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport 2002 in providing temporary transport stops across various parts of the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas to accommodate the vast numbers of passengers visiting the GC2018 Commonwealth Games.
